Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker & Packer to support our daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate order picking, safe packing, inventory handling, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick items accurately based on pick lists or system instructions
• Pack products securely and correctly for dispatch
• Receive Purchase Orders (POs) and verify items against documentation
• Perform system receiving and update inventory records accurately
• Load and offload stock from delivery vehicles
• Organize and arrange warehouse stock for easy access and efficiency
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the warehouse
• Assist with stock counts and basic inventory control activities
• Follow warehouse safety rules and operational procedures at all times

System & Skill Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to use warehouse systems for receiving and stock updates
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, simple tracking)
• Ability to read and understand system-generated documents

Candidate Requirements

• Physically fit and able to perform warehouse duties
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Team player with a positive and responsible attitude
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

• Ability to communicate in English (Hindi or Urdu is an added advantage)
• Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus
